With interactive discussion prompts and a 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁, students will create and sort their own coping skills card decks and learn how to use practical and creative strategies to boost self-awareness and emotional regulation.

This lesson works as a stand-alone activity or as part of the full 10-week Anger Decoders curriculum for managing anger in tweens and teens using skill-based instruction.
