📌 Important Notes:
- Interoception is highly individual. Children notice, interpret, and communicate internal sensations differently. There is no single correct way to experience a body signal.
- Physical sensations do not always indicate one particular emotion. For example, a faster heartbeat may be associated with movement, excitement, nervousness, or other experiences.
- All body awareness exercises should be invitational. Children can participate through observation, drawing, discussion, or other preferred methods without being required to focus on sensations that feel uncomfortable.
- Adapt activities to individual sensory preferences, disabilities, medical needs, and developmental differences.
- This is a digital download. No physical product will be shipped. Due to the digital nature of this resource, all sales are final and refunds are not available.
