1. Make a kindness paper chain by writing down kind words or deeds on each piece of paper.


2. Go on a kindness walk by looking at, smiling, and greeting everyone you pass by.


3. Encourage one another when playing a cooperative game like Count Your Chickens, Outfoxed!, Mermaid Island, or Dinosaur Escape

4. Create kindness posters with positive reminders and hang them up.


5. Write positive notes and affirmations on post-its and place them on bathroom mirrors.
